Slow or Stunted Growth

Choose the right GP Nutrients for you

Caused by a myriad of issues, slow or stunted growth can deter plants from vertical growth during the vegetative stage, and budding during the flowering period. Slow growth can be a sign of issues to come, so be aware of potential factors that influence slow or stunted progression in the garden. So, if you notice slow growth, start by managing the potential environmental factors that cause stunted progression. Afterward, consider adding GreenPlanet’s Ocean Magic to your established feeding routine.

Caused By:

  • Weak Genetics
  • Inadequate Nutrients
  • High/Low Temperature & Humidity Differential
  • Insufficient Lighting
  • Plant Stress

Solution: Ocean Magic

Ocean Magic is our sea kelp additive that provides plants with an array of vitamins and minerals. The wealth of ingredients found in Ocean Magic supports several functional properties such as rooting and the reduction of environmental and plant stress. The action of providing plants with elements formulated from sea kelp encourages rapid cell production, increased vertical growth, and wide horizontal branching.

How It Works

Ocean Magic is a vegetative additive derived from cold-pressed Atlantic Sea Kelp, that delivers a variety of benefits to your plants. For example, the ingredients found in Ocean Magic support properties such as rooting and the reduction of environmental and plant stress. Used as either a root-soak or foliar spray, Ocean Magic contains special plant hormones including auxins, cytokinins, and gibberellins, which have been linked to promoting vigorous growth, branching, and increased resistance to stress in plants.

Use and Concentration

Ocean Magic is a vegetative additive that delivers a variety of benefits to your garden and plants. Dilute 0.5 ml/L (2 ml/Gal) of Ocean Magic as a root soak, or, use it as a foliar spray at a rate of 5 ml/L (19 ml/Gal).
